Guide | Competitor Interchange Service

If you have a competitor item you want to replace with a Freudenberg or Dichtomatik item, you can use our Cross-Reference service. Therefore, you just need to click on the “Competitor Interchange” link.

There you have the opportunity to enter a competitor item number, competitor name or competitor design. The service will then show you a list of possible matching competitor items, names or designs in a dropdown, from which you can choose (separated in found item numbers and found designs).

After clicking on such a search result, you will get more information of this cross reference and about our (FST’s) suitable item or design. Here you can also narrow results down or filter for different product specifications.
