I set di tenuta a V di Freudenberg Sealing Technologies sono costituiti da un anello di pressione, uno o più anelli a V e un anello di supporto. Questi set di tenuta in più parti sono particolarmente adatti per applicazioni pesanti, come ad esempio nei cilindri di grandi dimensioni delle presse industriali o delle cesoie per rottami. V-Packings: For heavy-duty use
V-ring seals are particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications, for example in heavy industry or in the supply of spare parts for old equipment. V-rings, also known as chevron packings, can be used to safely and reliably seal piston rods, plungers and pistons, ensuring leak-free operation.
The multi-part V-ring seal kits from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies are extremely robust and therefore ideal for use in heavy-duty, high-stress and horizontal presses, such as industrial presses, scrap shears, large cylinders and hydraulic cylinders.
The seal kits can be used for single-acting or – back-to-back – double-acting pistons, even when piston rods or plungers can no longer be guided properly due to wear. The multi-part seal kits have proven themselves even under the most extreme conditions.
V-Rings: Multi-part seal kits
Our multi-part V-ring seal sets consist of a pressure ring, one or more V-rings and a rubber-sprung back-up ring. Depending on the type, they can be installed in adjustable and non-adjustable sealing chambers with the same axial preload.
This means that the V-ring seal sets or V-packings are optimally matched to the respective application and even function over a certain period of time with poorer surfaces.
