Guide | How to find quote request status

To get an overview of your quote requests or to search for a specific one, please do the following steps:

1. Click on tab Order history at the upper right side
2. Click on tab "Requests"
3. Use filters to e.g. search within a specific time span or enter a reference
4. Click Apply Filter
5. Here you find all placed quote requests from this company depending on applied filters with information like request number, status and creator

To get detailed information about a quote request, please click on the corresponding request number or the Details button in the search result list. A new window will open where you can find your detailed quote request information like requested items.
